The Millennium Biltmore
The conference will be held at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel. See below for rates and how to make a reservation. Conference registration includes free breakfast and lunch at the hotel on Friday and Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
Special Group Rates
The Millenium Biltmore Hotel offers special group rates for SACRPH: Standard (from $159 per night) and Student (from $129 per night). Reservations for the special group rate must be received on or before Friday, October 9, 2015 and are subject to availability.
To Place a Reservation
1) Use the hotel’s website by clicking on the following link for the Standard Rate. We strongly encourage you to place your reservation using this link in order to ensure that we satisfy our minimum requirement for number of rooms booked. Also note that the bill for students will be adjusted to reflect the $129 rate at check-in.
2) Call the toll-free number: (213) 624-1011. To ensure receiving the special group rate, you must identify the group name when you make your reservation. For those reserving at the standard rate rooms, use “Society for American City and Regional Planning”; students must quote “Students – Society for American City and Regional Planning.”
Notes Regarding Reservations
All individual reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card prior to arrival. Individuals may cancel guaranteed reservations up until 4:00 pm, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival, without incurring a cancellation charge. Any cancellation after this time will result in a “no show” charge equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay at the agreed rate plus taxes.
A limited number of rooms are available at the special group rate. Please make your reservations as early as possible. Remember, reservations for the special group rate must be received on or before October 9, 2015.
Any reservations made after the October date will be based upon available space and the prevailing rate. The hotel does not guarantee room availability or the group rate after the cut-off date.
