Submit Proposals to SACRPH 2019
To ease the workload on the Program Committee, please submit proposals via the online submission links below. Please adhere to word limits and format required attachments with a standard 12-point font and 1-inch margins.
For Panel Submissions (extended to April 15, 2019)
- A web-based form for session title; contact information on each participant; summary of session themes and significance (200 words or less)
- An upload of a single document (PDF or Word) including session title; names and affiliations of participants; summary of session themes and significance; 150-word abstract for each proposed paper; 1-2 page CV for each participant
For Roundtable and Non-Traditional Panels (extended to April 15, 2019)
- A web-based form for session title; contact information for each participant; abstract of the session explaining themes and significance (200 words or less)
- An upload of a single document (PDF or Word) including session title; names and affiliation of participants; session abstract; description of the format to be used (i.e. roundtable, workshop); 1-2 page CV for each participant
Submit an Individual Paper (extended to April 15, 2019)
- A web-based form for paper title, contact information, abstract (150 words or less), and four keywords identifying themes of the paper
- An upload of a single document (PDF or Word) including name; affiliation; abstract; 1-2 page CV
- The file to be uploaded should be in the format Last Name, First Name, Short Title (i.e. “Doe, Jane, Planning in Arlington.pdf”)
For Poster Sessions (due July 1, 2019)
- A web-based form for poster session title, contact information, abstract (150 words or less)
- An upload of a single document (PDF or Word) including name; affiliation; abstract; 1-2 page CV
- The file to be uploaded should be in the format Last Name, First Name, Short Title (i.e. “Doe, Jane, Planning in Arlington.pdf”)
- Posters will need to be printed by presenters in advance, as we will not have digital capacities for poster presentation; mounting boards and easels will be provided.
