SACRPH 2019 – Registration
SACRPH 2019 Registration Fees cover numerous conference amenities, including two breakfasts, two lunches, three receptions, and four plenaries. In addition, SACRPH 2019 hotel rates at the DoubleTree are an affordable $109 per night plus tax.

Can I register for the Conference now and select Tours later?
Yes. Feel free to return to the Registration page at a later date to select tours.
Can I bring an accompanying person to attend paper sessions, events, and meals, and tours?
Yes. To register your accompanying person, please register yourself and look for the “add guest” button at the bottom of the Registration Information page. The registration fee for an accompanying person is $195, and includes all meals and events. Tours are extra.
What is SACRPH’s refund policy?
Refunds can be processed via the SACPRH Registration page through Wednesday, October 16. Login to your SACRPH account at http://members.sacrph.org/ and look for “Already Registered” link. Click through it to cancel a registration.
When do Late Registration Fees kick in?
Late registration begins at 12:01pm EST on Friday, October 4.

Can I park a car at the conference hotel, even if I am not a guest?
Yes, parking at the DoubleTree is $15 a day for conference attendees and for hotel guests.
